Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

The shipping fee applies regardless of order size or destination.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Carrier updates may occasionally be delayed during transit.
  • Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and destination country.

If you have not received tracking information within several business days after shipment, please contact us.


5. International Orders

For international shipments, local customs authorities may apply duties, taxes, or import fees according to your country's regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges that may apply.

Calmjoye™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or local government regulations.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation Requests

Orders may only be canceled before they enter fulfillment processing.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, we may be unable to make modifications or cancellations.


7. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

After verification, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item.


8. Lost Shipments

If tracking information confirms that a package has been lost during transit, please contact our support team.

After reviewing the shipment status with the carrier, we may arrange a replacement shipment when appropriate.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Calmjoye™ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided during purchase.
