For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In approved cases involving our error, replacement shipping costs may be covered by Calmjoye™.

Calmjoye™ cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost before arriving at the designated return facility.
